FAQs

When will I get my wine?

Wine club shipments are sent quarterly, in March, June, September and December. You will receive an email approximately two weeks prior to each shipment to let you know that wines will be shipped soon. When we process your order, you will receive another email update confirming your shipment. You will then receive a final email with tracking information once your order has shipped from our third party fulfillment partner.

For new members, your first order will be processed immediately if it's within 3-4 weeks of the last seasonal shipment. Otherwise, your first shipment will ship with the next seasonal release.

How do I cancel my membership, change my membership club type, or put my membership on hold?

You can email [email protected] at any point to request a cancellation, change memberships, put a membership on hold, or ask any other membership-related questions.
