Being compliant with state laws, Give Back Wine Group currently ships wine to the following states. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping on orders placed during major US holidays.
- Current states - FL and Washington, D.C.
- Once orders are shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with your tracking number. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Adult Signature Requirement: We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business address. State law requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery. Shipments will not be delivered under the following circumstances:
- The recipient is not 21 years of age or older or does not have an acceptable form of ID such as a driver's license, passport or birth certificate.
- The recipient shows signs of intoxication
Address Correction: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly upon order placement. Once the order has been processed to ship, the address cannot be changed or updated. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Orders that require to be re-shipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will incur a re-ship fee.
Reshipment Fee: Shipments of alcohol require an adult signature for delivery. A $25 fee will be charged on any orders sent back to us due to failed delivery.
Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes or additions to your order. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times and there is a very small time gap to cancel your order or change the shipping address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please e-mail us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
- Additionally, any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled or altered

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange for replacement (pending availability) or refund.
