Our Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara, California is a silky Pinot Noir with bright aroma featuring lively fruit and a touch of oak. We suggest pairing this refreshing red wine with your favorite pork, salmon, or quail. Beyond flavors, this bottle features a pheasant. A popular game animal among outdoorsmen, pheasants are known for eating insects and only thrive in places that have healthy natural habitats. Found predominantly in the Midwest, pheasant would be more prominent around the United States if there was greater investment in habitat that helps them thrive. A portion of our proceeds from this bottle will be donated to wildlife advocacy programs that protect the environments pheasants need to prosper.
